Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully to ensure the product fits your needs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Under the New Zealand Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), we will replace or refund products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Returns and refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
