Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Rates We primarily use New Zealand Post for shipping, but alternative courier services may be employed if needed to ensure prompt delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume of your order, and delivery destination. The total will be displayed at checkout.
Dispatch and Delivery We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 weeks. During busy sales periods, slight delays may occur. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Change of Address Since we prioritize same-day or next-day dispatch, we are generally unable to modify your address once an order is placed.
Order Tracking All orders will be assigned an eParcel tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery's progress. Tracking details will be emailed to you. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.
Returns And Refunds At kore health online, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please review our returns policy below.
Change of Mind Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully to ensure the product fits your needs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Under the New Zealand Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Act 2010), we will replace or refund products that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Returns and refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
To facilitate a smooth return process, please provide:

Photos showing the damage or defect (if applicable)
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures.
Please note that Kore Health online reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund, or repair if the fault results from misuse or neglect.
Shipping Costs for Returns
If the error is on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
